When the Vispertal glaciers retreated after the last Ice Age, a lot of residual earth from the Saas and Matter valleys was left behind in the Visperterminen area. This is why the soils in the vineyards mainly consist of moraine.
A refreshing summer wine to enjoy on the sun terrace. The freshly pressed Pinot Noir grapes, which ferment at cool temperatures, give the wine its Mediterranean flair and colour. With invigorating raspberry and peach notes, served chilled in the sun, you will feel like you are on your last holiday on the Côte d'Azur.

Perfect pairings
As an aperitif or served with salads and hors d’oeuvres, this wine goes excellently with game terrine, fish (particularly salmon), white meats and poultry, but is also great for those who want to enjoy a glass or two at the top of a mountain.
Tasting notes
Light onion-peel colours with salmon-pink reflections. A subtle, fruity, raspberry aroma. Smooth, soft and seductive on the palate with a pleasant full-bodied structure.
