Saint Theodore was the first bishop of Valais. As a patron saint of winemakers, he was also known as St. Jodern.
Pressed from the Chasselas (Gutedel) grape, this is a popular aperitif wine. It goes well with cold and hot cheese dishes, cured meats and much more.
